Alright figure this one out- no exhaust hanger holes on NOS ZF6 pics inside
Need help ASAP if anyone knows....
Ran into an issue I have never seen or heard about. As I said, I got the NOS blue tag in yesterday, came in early to finish it today. First thing was to mount the exhaust hanger to the transmission, well, the passenger side of the tail housing doesn?t have holes for the mount. I didn?t pay any attention to this before I installed the transmission. At first I thought there were ?plugs? in them that could be screwed off with some vice grips, no luck, then thought it kinda looked like punch holes in it, no luck. Before I booger this up anymore I wanted to see what the collective here thought. I have emailed Bill, but he's Pacific time and don't know if he will even check email today. For the love of God, please don't tell me I have to pull the transmission again. Pics of old and new attached...
