I had a huge surprise this evening!
I was looking at my news feed of my cell phone this evening. I came across a piece by Steve Burns of Corvette Blogger on the vanity tags of Corvettes at this years 2019 Corvettes at Carlisle. Now I was thinking wow cool let me have a look. No way did I think I would see my car's tag in his pictures. There were so many cool and worthy plates. I love looking at the plates owners come up with. Some of the ones listed I even remember seeing at Carlisle.
I went with PA historic plates as my car isn't an everyday driver. The worst of it is they only give us 4 digits for historic vanity plates in PA. I wanted 91ZR but that was already taken. My first ZR1, when I lived in MD. was ZWILD1. Initially they told me 5 digits so I was hoping to drop the "1" and use ZWILD for my current tag. Hecht I really liked the plates the previous owner from MN. had on my car. It was ZBEAST which was most excellent. In the pics at #32 is my ZR91 and at #33 is fellow Z owner of MD. BYE BYE . Pretty cool considering how many Corvettes with vanity plates at this years Carlisle. http://www.corvetteblogger.com/2019/...carlisle-2019/
