Thanks I'll look into that, how much is the new Y?

Had a wire installed in place of the primary fuse. With the car running, and AC on the voltage dropped to 11-12vdc, turning on the turn signal made the voltage fluctuate a lot. Pulled the wire, killing the pump, engine still running, the voltage jumped to normal and stopped fluctuating with the turn signal. Definitely found the voltage issue that's been killing alternators.

Off to the parts house!
