QUICK: Which pump is primary? :)

I replaced the pumps a while ago. A year ago the primary pump started blowing the fuse. Stuck a high amp fuse and it held. I'm replacing with an AC Delco, but i don't know which is primary.

Is it the upper or lower pump?

The upper looks more used, there is more debris on the sock...
