While it is true that the DIS module sheds heat to the plenum, coolant running through the throttle body has no affect on the temperature of the rear of the plenum where the DIS module is located.
If I was worried about the DIS module condition, I'd get the plenum off, remove the module and clean it off top and bottom. Then I'd make sure all the pins of its 14-pin connector and its two 3-pin connectors are clean. Then, I'd clean the mounting surface on the plenum. Once that and the module mounting surfaces are clean then I'd apply the dielectric grease per the Factory Service Module. Finally, I'd reinstall the module. Before setting the plenum back in place, I'd look at the connectors at the ends of the DIS harness and make sure all their pins are clean.
