Just thought I would drop a note on here for anyone who wondered. I have not been frequenting the site for a while now - nothing other then too many irons in the fire.. The poor Z probably hasn't had 20 miles put on it in the last year. Between work, wife working 2 jobs and barely seeing her at all, and a flip house I've been working on rehabbing since last July - there just isn't any time for it. Hopefully I can get this house finished in the next couple months and have some time back...
