That thread would make it 7/16-20 and an OTC 7430 adapter matches that for thread dimensions. -32 TPI is considered I guess "small Schrader" in fuel pressure language. This adapter is part of the higher $$ Actron pressure kit https://actron.com/content/right-ang...hrader-adapter All of the "higher end" gauge packages will likely use what the OP has mentioned finding.
