Default Crank plugs

Today I started with the rebuild of my 368.
Recieved last week the block, crank and heads back from the machineshop.

I am not sure if there needs to be a freeze plug in the front, behind the damper bolt? Or is the damper bolt keeping the oil pressure....

I was looking already in many topics here with the search option but could not find a clear anwer.
The crank is polished, they removed the treaded plugs and the freeze plugs in the walls where not removed. Installed new treaded plugs myself after checking for any more dirt.
Machineshop cleaned crank ultrasoon.
