**SOLD** 5/7/15 - It is with a heavy heart that I put up for sale my well loved, but seldom driven - 1991 Steel Blue/Steel Blue ZR-1 with about 14,500 miles. Selling with many extra and new parts for XXX obo. This car was professionally appraised at purchase for $34,000.

Immaculate condition with no issues whatsoever. Always stored and covered inside. Meticulously maintained by professional LT5 trained mechanic and Wazoo club members. Everything works perfectly (yes, everything).

My ZR-1 has been awarded the coveted Celebrity Choice Trophy by both Gordon Killebrew and Dave McLellan, Corvette Program chief Engineer for at 2011 AND 2012 Corvettes of Carlisle!

This is a very rare car - 1 of only 26 Steel Blue exterior & Steel Blue interior ZR1’s built. Bought and fully restored with just 3,400 miles, drives/runs/operates better than new! Last year, I drove this amazing car cross-country from MD to CO without incident, averaging 28 mpg.

The ZR-1 Option was $37k in 1991. This was mostly for the LT-5 Handbuilt, Blueprinted, Balanced DOHC V8 designed by Lotus and built by females only at the Mercruiser boat engine factory. The ZR-1 set the World Speed Endurance Record, travelling 24 Hours @ 175.885 MPH for 4,221.256 Miles With a Completely Stock Motor and Transmission!
