Thanks ... will check this tomorrow (time permitting) or Thursday. With key on I capped the vac line between the pump & plenum and it held fine (I once had a leak at that connector). With key on and everything hooked up normally the pump cycles every 5-6 seconds now ... slow leak somewhere.

I have the TB Coolant bypassed ... do I still need to drain off some coolant?
What about a complete coolant bypass? yes or no? difficult?
