Actually I think with the caliper remaining the same, the larger MC piston changes the ratio such that more caliper pressure is seen for the same MC (brake pedal) movement. In other words, firmer pedal. Sorely needed in my rig, even with braided lines all 'round.

The outlets/ports are on the other side, but the feed lines are braided and will reach over there I figure. I like the idea of the large diameter m/c but not sure how it would be on the rear brake sensitivity. I have C5 fronts. If you get a chance to post a pic that would be great. Would be a cool project on any C4 if depending on the particulars.

Every time I come back to this mod I get stuck on the bias problem. I find I need maybe 30% more front brake pressure, but 50+% more rear. I think a truck MC from that vintage may be set up for drums, in other words probably more volume but less pressure?
