I as well have been keeping up with your progress on FB. I know how tough it can be working for large manufacturing CNC companies most of my career as a ME/QE.

Best of luck and believe me you can do it. I constantly gets calls from companies who need help programing and proving gear cutting/gear checking programs.

It's a great opportunity for you and you will succeed with the right balance of equipment/minimum overhead.
