Default Fuel rail o-rings

Well I figured I should hit all candidates in the fuel system while doing my injectors, and Jerry has the kit for the fuel rail, can't be that bad right?

Except it's 9 freaking o-rings! That's not so bad, at least these seat in steel so I expect I can be a little less patient than using steel tools on the injector housing. But how do you get at these two???

The retainer is welded to the block? Doesn't unbolt like the others. Still just pressed in there? I don't want to wiggle something out that shouldn't be wiggled...

From the other side I can see them in there under compression but I don't like forcing things apart if I know I have to put them back together. They don't look degraded like the ones at the car/engine junction did. Man am I feeling like I'd like to be lazy...

Thanks,
- Jeff
