Noobie jack/exhaust q

As my 1st c4 I did the normal search for the proper jacking procedures for the car. I noticed people use the jack-a-vette or corvettegadgetman adapters but I looked at my Z with the corsa exhaust and it doesn't appear either will work due to the pipe diameter and a small stabilizing plate between the pipes. Am I wrong or do you with the corsa exhaust use something else?

Can I lift each corner one at a time? If so is there a sequence to minimize body flex?
