To the extent anyone relies on the spare tire, it is a good idea to make certain the pressure is up to spec (about 60 pounds as I recall). When I had my car at Marc's last summer after I bought it he checked and it had only 20 psi in it. But I agree with Dave--credit card (and maybe AAA) are the most important.--Bob
