where to buy the window weather stripping?

Well I got my LED interior bulbs today and the information said that some people find it easier to remove the door panels. ( which I was wanting to do anyway) because I'd like to change the window weather stripping on each side of the windows. So me questions are , where to buy good quality weather stripping ? and any tricks to make sure I dont damage anything when removing or reinstalling the panels and door lights etc.. Thanks Guys
