yes that is made by Toledo Pro. It was installed about 1996-98, after the front spoiler and side panels from 49th street ( Sept 1994 ) Rear wing from 49th street installed in Sept 1996. None of the items are NLA. John 1990 white/black auto (4l80E ) eq. |
