No doubt very true. I was once stopped, get this, doing 65 in a 60 zone. I was in the very absolute middle of a group of 9 cars in a three wide road.
We where three wide and three deep. Again, I am the middle car.

The officer that pulled me over looked 18 and not very sure of himself. I did not give him a hard time. But after he handed me the citation I asked him why me since I was in the middle. He very timidly said I was spotted by on over head plane. I guess red is more easily tracked than other colors
