Default Revolutionary tool.

This is one of those new reamers that goes around corners.

Everybody makes mistakes. But I figured I show some of them. These are called DR inserted drills. When the cutting edge wears out you just unscrew the carbide inserts and rotate them around to another corner and your ready to go. They also are high pressure coolant fed holes that go all the way down to the tip. Not only does it keep the cutting edge cool deep in the hole but also blasts the chips out. The one on the right is 1 5/8 dia and is $1,000 just for the drill body. And this is why CNC machines are equipped with a single block function which only makes one move at a time. And a rapid feed over ride so the spindle won't head toward the part at 1,100 inches per minute. Once the program is proven on the first part then you can turn everything up to 100% and let her rip.
