Swapping in 13:1 steering rack and in air bag steering wheel - ZR-1 Net Registry Forums

I have gotten rid of air bags and air bag steering wheels in all my cars and would like to do it on the new ZR1 I have coming in. Is there a separate air bag computer and where's it located?

Also, I would like to swap in the 13:1 quicker steering rack from the earlier C4. Has anyone done that? Any issues?
