Default Secondary QC check...ran into a problem

I'm in the process of reinstalling the plenum after replacing fuel injectors, coils etc.

I've got everything buttoned up and I'm conducting the final vacuum system QC check as described in Marc's video (grounding of the pin on the ECM to engage the secondary actuators).

So when I turn the key on, I hear the vacuum pump kick in (3 little bursts) then it stops. So I proceed to ground the ECM pin and I can hear the solenoid click, but the vacuum pump doesn't engage. I've gone back through and checked my connections a few times and everything looks fine.

Have I missed something??

Thanks for the help!!!
