IT'S OVER......my self inflicted diet, has come to a conclusion.
I'm now on what they call maintenance..for 21 days. I should lost about 2 lbs. per week for the next three weeks. I now weigh 202 lbs. I plan on weighing somewhere around 180 lbs.....for the gathering in May. that is all...... |
