Johny you can use the 76's (RH) on the LH,so you basicly have 2 sets.
If anybody has the old design 77's (LH) they too can be used for RH will need to drill a hole on the protruding part of the gasket for oil passage.

I even had the idea if we were stuck with LH gaskets we could groove the head or block for O-ring just like the early oil pick up.
