Default Where to find a Torque Honing Plate

Starting to locate sources for the special tools I will be needing to assemble the LT5 stroker motor I've got in the works. To go the 402 CID route with the 4.0" crank I have 4.0" liners will be required. Anybody have a good suggestion on where I can borrow, rent, or otherwise acquire reasonably a 4.0" torque honing plate for an LT5? Right now I'm thinking of using an local motor machine shop that is well versed in automotive engine liner installations but unfortunately they do not have a LT5 torque plate on hand for finishing the liners once they are installed in the block. Found a source for a BJH plate here: http://www.cylinderheadsupply.com/6604.html
No doubt a nice plate but a lot of $$ for just one engine build. Would prefer to spend the money elsewhere if possible.
Thanks,
Phil
