Dom, don't get me wrong i think most understand it's the whole combo to a good power plant. I would like to find the best cam and head combo but with the LT5 it gets a bit expensive to try different cam and head/intake combos. This is why we make do with what we have. I have tried a couple of different cam spec combos on my Z and i think i have found what seems to be the best,i'm sure there could be a better combo, but man does it get expensive after a while. For what it's worth getting 550-600RWHP N/A on pump gas,very docile handles great and a top speed of 200+ is not too shabby for a 415-441ci. I know that other engines can accoplish the same and cheaper,what i'm trying to say is with the amount of research and parts available for the LT5 we are doing pretty darn good. Maybe if i win lotto i can try some more combo's ![]() Pete
