Glad to see you got it installed Your comment suggests that you are supporting the upper Z by the cables (which are rated at 14K lbs each) and not with the locks...yea that would concern me a bit... can you adjust the lock rails upward so that the next lock slot would be in position to have the lock work? If not you could just place a 2x4 'post' in each column snug to the cross rails...not optimum but at least some additional safety factor.
