As simple as it sounds, double and triple check your positive wire AND the plug on your alternator. Also, check your main ground wires. I would fully charge your battery (slow overnight) disconnect your positive alternator wire and see if you have any changes. After that, when was the last time your plenum was off? Could your DIS connector be loose?
