Yes, sort of.. They cam from Rick Kirk's RK Machine shop. None of them are boat motors. There was only 1 actual boat motor and it was removed from the boat and ended up in Rick's personal museum in Riply, OK. In the same museum, there was another "boat motor" that was all black & built for shows by MerCruiser. This engine was never in a boat. It was a mock-up, incomplete internally, to reduce weight for transporting and had a stern drive unit attached.

Insofar as the source & makeup of the other engines in this lot, Graham responded to a thread on this same subject, on Facebook/ZR-1 Net Registry Group. He is one of only a few people who were at Mercury and in a position to know.
