If I get the Samco Hoses, Does it Replace ALL Hoses AND Does It Include New Clamps?

My two cents, but you can buy these from GM for pretty cheap. I bought new ones when I bought a new duct, I think all together it was like $25 or so, pretty low cost. The replacement clamps were not painted black though.
