Fuel pressure question - ZR-1 Net Registry Forums

I posted a issue a few days ago about my z not running right and to the point where it boggs down and wont drive in gear. Well i tested the fuel pressure today and im even more confused. With the tester hooked up and key on i get maybe 5psi. When i turn the engine on it slowly moves up to 47-48 psi and if i throttle it up it goes to 50. When i turn it off it drops back down to 25-30. Pumps? Filter? Both?
