We've got guys North of 700hp on LT5s, so a 75hp shot on an LT5 really shouldn't affect much. Its only 9hp a hole.
Of course if you detonate any cylinder, it doesn't much matter how much power you're making, you can break parts. My comments are relegated to a functioning engine with proper conditions for combustion.
