But I believe that ain't correct for the external thread of the fuel pressure Schrader. I looked further and I do think it's very likely 4AN - if I were looking to fabricate a 90° adapter I'd take the cap and check the cap against a 4AN first. That thread would make it 7/16-20 and an OTC 7430 adapter matches that for thread dimensions. -32 TPI is considered I guess "small Schrader" in fuel pressure language.
