So while the ZR-1 is down with Corey getting some (ahem) adjustments made, it was decided that our household lacked an appropriate vehicle for open-air motoring.
This is what the wife found: ![]() 1998 Porsche 968 Boxster. I must admit, it's pretty fun. The previous owner has obviously taken very good care of it, but as you may expect of a car of a certain age, there are some things I'd like to do with it. What I am quickly learning is that no matter how exotic our ZR-1's are, they're still C4 Corvettes... Chevy, and parts are priced accordingly. Slap a Porsche badge on a car and it's Porsche prices for the parts! But still, it's actually quite a fun little car to toss around. It puts a similar grin on your face as we are all accustomed to, just for different reasons. |
