Loose fasteners
What does everyone use to hold fasteners from vibrating out?
Specifically in the cabin and even more specifically the black screws that hold the plastic parts? A recent post about cracked plastic parts got me thinking about the last time I went through the cabin tightening hardware. Obviously overtightened hardware leads to damage. The Loctite company offer from what I can tell three products (listed below). Has anyone tried anything else that works well?? I am tempted to try "liquid nails" construction adhesive because it does not cure to rock hard. It stays somewhat pliable. All three of these have a warning about plastic but otherwise would seem right. http://www.loctiteproducts.com/p/10/...-Green-290.htm http://www.loctiteproducts.com/p/10/...r-Blue-242.htm This one not only has a warning about plastic but also says "permanent" but removable with heat. I've used it with good success in the "V". http://www.loctiteproducts.com/p/10/...er-Red-271.htm
