Default Brake Puzzler

I just got done swapping out the front brake pads on my 92 and I've run into a situation I never encountered before:

Every time, after bleeding the RR and the LR, the pedal would be nice and stiff. Then, I'd jump over to the RF and the pedal would go soft again. WTH? Obviously, some air is getting back into the lines. Could it possibly be the bleeder screw needs to be replaced? Any other ideas?

Thanks,

John
