There is a wheel restoration shop in Bath, PA. "Wheel Collision Center" They did a set of 1990 wheels for me. Cosmetic only but they claimed they could straighten and repair curb rash. Web site is www.wheelcollision.com/

Curious: How do you warp or bend a rigid metal wheel like aluminum or mag???

Thanks for the info everyone. I'll do some investigating.
Also have a line on a set of rear wheels which would be good to have in reserve. If you hit any wheel, steel or alloy, hard enough the wrong way it will bend or break. We've put a bit over 15k miles on the car in 4 years and don't recall hitting anything, especially anything hard enough to bend both wheels. |
