I have a 22' enclosed trailer and used it to haul my "Black Rose" home from Pennsylvania. With it inside people could only wonder what if anything was inside and I've seen too many things boucing down the road falling off of trucks now days. It was a fun adventure and not everyone would or could do it. It took us(wife and myself) 3 days (1500 miles)and was mostly 4 lane all the way. Yes,I hand some nervous moments Pennsylvania 4 lanes are mightly narrow in places for a 102" wide trailer. Stopped in Zanesville, Ohio going out and got a room at a Motel 6(no reservation) and our room number was the Z's #231. There's your sign!! I did do some pricing on hiring it done and it all comes down to how much you want to spend and what your comfort(trust) level is with your toy in someone else's hands. This won't be much help in finding a carrier but thought I'd share our experieince. But as with any thing it pays to do your homework.
Would I do it again......with out a doubt! |

Good to know Jeff. One of these days, I would like to see your ZR-1, I really like the color combination.
