Default Question for all you engine guys lt5 zr1

OK all you guys out there tell me if you have heard of using Permatex bearing mount PX#68040 for mounting the cylinder sleeves this is what I used I was told by a guy that has done a couple of motors and he sent it to me to use unopened. I used it and let it dry for a month before I honed it. I hope it works right. Let me have your opions about this.

The majority of LT5 engine building has probably happend at the following shops. All have excellent reputations in the ZR-1 community. I would recommend that you call a couple of them for the information you want.

In no particular order.......

Corey Henderson @ Henderson Performance Technologies, 830-620-1117
Marc Haibeck @ Haibeck Automotive, 630-458-8427
Aaron Scott @ South Georgia Corvettes, 229-226-4447
Graham Behan @ Lingenfelter Engineering, 260-724-2540
