Can't believe the price right now. I'd love to have this thing sitting next to the 88 when I build it. Good reference anyway. Not for $4k+ though.

The body parts are worth more than the bids but its transporting home that is stupid money.
the high bidder is 0 feedback and its at $5100 this would have been a fun one to get and tear apart but way to much

![]() Yes, the forced air probably made for a great path for the salt water to go right into the motor as it rose.....wonder what the Iron insides of the LT-5 look like. Should be fun pulling the plugs out. I have seen cars like this in my job, at first people are like, let me keep the salvage it seems fine, then the wheel bearings seize, etc. Unfortunately I have seen some pretty nice cars meet this fate, including an original GT500
