![]() ![]() ![]() I always liked the idea of a stripe....guess I've spent too much time in the 60's & 70's! You know those Z28's, 442's, GS's, shelby 'stangs, GTX's. I'd love a silver stripe on my black Z. ![]() Anyway, I think that car is one cool looking ZR-1! I hope you enjoy your Christmas present for a really long time to come! ![]() ![]()

Wasn't your car black at one time? Might have you mixed up with someone else

Yes i did see this car before ..it is georgeous bad. I have to admit after seeing this car a year back. It kind of gave me an idea of what paint color to go with. I decide to go with an 07 z06 atomic orange with a hint of perl in it. I love the Callaway kit on this car too..drool drool..

I will try to get a shot of the underside when i get a chance..just to let know ahead. Basically the hood was cut the size of 9x14 inc on each side then drilled and match all the hole on the louvers holding together with rivets. I was going to use button heads screws, but Raceace.com supplied the necessary rivets.
Z51Jeff..you're right we have to get together someday. I know that there are quite a few Z's in our area. Maybe someday we can get out from our busy schedule meet up and talk about this great car that we have. I had a chance to see your car in the mag...I have to say you have one beautifull Z. How did you determine where to mount the louvers?
I really like those

Must be the perl you added that makes it look more orange than mine.
