If Phil did it, trust me it is done right. I have seen his set up in person and it does look trick.

you can also find these woven connectors in the summit cat.pg 68. i think they may help in the resonance issue . i did for the first time take a look at the resonator sec. of my corsa what i found is straight through piping that has another bigger pipe welded around it . there are no perferations in it . so what i am thinking is to weld a gutted case around around a x pipe to see if that might cure the resonance problem i have with the x pipe system on my black car. it seems thats what the corsa did to a degree.

Many thanks to Greg for these pieces, Hopefully I get to pickup the car tonight and also see how the polished A-mold project came out.

The MF cats came in on Monday so was glad to get those. The Install of the Jeals according to the ZFdoc went well but I will get all the details on it hopefully tonight. I finally get to use Carters center wheel caps on the A-molds.

Then back to emissions next week. I guess the stock prom goes back in then no full power key for the test right? Need to decide to send my other chip back to Rippe or go the MH route

Buy a chip from Marc or have Marc reburn your DRM chip if possible to satisfy Marc's suggestions

George sent you a PM, I have three left out of the 4 left. We only needed one.

Project update, headers are installed. As advertised with the JEALS no dipstick tube removal or movement was required and they fit up like stock. Will take pics but I dont pick up the car until Sunday. The drivers side cat was indeed done. It was internally broken away as one large chunk of substrate inside and was rounded almost into a catalyst ball inside as it mushroomed inside the cat. When you shook the cat in your hand it sounded like a softball was moving around inside. Yikes

So the new stainless bullet MF cats are up as well and the ZFDoc did a good job on the transition piping as well. Polished A-Molds with Carter's center Caps are on with the new rear BFG's. Looking forward to driving her home soon.GC
