I have Kenesis 18" I powder coated the center hubs last year a silver metalic and had Carter hook me up with a set of his killer center caps. Had those pc'd the same color. I'm going a step further this year and doing the barrels black with a small red pinstripe around the outside perimmeter. I'm adding in the red pinstripe to pick up the red pc'd cals and the red on the side ZR1 logo of the car. You all know how it is, once you start there is no end in sight.

I have mine at 5/8".
Passenger side lined up real easy.
Driver side took a lot more time and effort.

Does no exhaust come out of the other tip? If only the inner tubes are letting exhaust out that is just kinda dumb.

When I finally do my exhaust I want it to have a sleeper look...my ideal setup would have the factory square tips, but be a header catback combo behind the tips.

Anyone done something like this?

i have sitting in my box car a desert developement exhaust that came with kelli medellis car that i bought . it is 3 in. with no crossover and super turbo mufflers with dual outlets that could easily pass for the stk system . it looks like they took great care to make it look stk . from what i hear it is louder than heck . the key would be finding a turbo type muffler that has duel outlets hook it up with the dyno max xpipe muffler/resonator and you might have something that makes good power .

I am exactly at the same point but more for maintaining the OEM look in the rear... best I can come up with is using the OEM mufflers and replacing the mid pipe/resonator with an aftermarket unit such as a CORSA piece...of course they do not sell that piece alone and thus $1000 or so for a complete CORSA exhaust to just get the mid pipe

I beleive our cars are sleepers to begin with, most people don't even know what a ZR1 is (even some other corvette owners) Wouldn't matter what type of exhaust you had coming out the azz.

Maybe someone might want to split the cost of a system with you. You take the pipes and the other guy takes the cans.

Good Luck on whatever you guys decide. Keep us updated
