Secondaries Not Working - ZR-1 Net Registry Forums

So I turn the valet key from "normal" to "full", one notch to the right, get on the highway and open it up. No secondaries. Now I'm thinking, "Great! Vacuum issues - maybe it's just bad gas". I look down at the valet key and it is straight up and down. Since when do valet keys have a center position?

Talk about being a dumb a$$, I can tear a 71 apart twice and put it back together, but I can't even operate a two-position switch! ,
