like i said, it may be technically against the law but i think it would be very explainable and easy to get away with. besides, who here doesn't break the law (speeding) atleast once almost everytime they drive their Z???

Looking at the original windshield, there is a very light tint (relative to radar detector cutout). Also, only time you see reflective quality of reflective film is when sun position is just right relative you your sight. From all other angle, you will not percieve reflctive nature of film.
Low-E film will behave exactly the same. Meaning, unless you use dark tint low-e, you won't even notice there is a film behind the windshield. I don't know when, but sooner or later I will be giving this a shot. If all fail, I will just have to have the windshield removed, film removed, clean and reinstall the windshield. I think, for me, it's worth a try considering cost for the real replacement. ZZZZZR-1, You indicated that there is a "new batch" available? Could you tell me where in parts section? Are these free from de-lam issue? |

This is the only windshield I have seen for "sale" in a long time and the cheapest price
Al Whittier(NH)603-437-3803 He was asking $1500, but it is pickup only in New Hampshire. Unsure if it is still available.... Might have been bought off Ebay. Windshield has no delamination (ZERO) and the only imperfection is that the logo is on the wrong side (for NCRS). |

My 94 has bluish tint.
I noticed windshield and side windows on my 94 were manufactured by LOF. Did LOF supply all C4 windshields? If I order a windshield through local shop will there be multiple brands? If anyone is familiar with auto glass business your input would be appreciated. |
