I was looking over the photo of USA1-ZR1's super clean underbody of his 93 Ruby and noticed his had spring protector covers (shinny plate between the lower A-Arm bushing joints). I looked it up and the parts book show these as PN 14048914 and used on model years 91-94. My 94 Z #390 does not have these spring protector covers so I was wondering if maybe they were discontinued somewhere along the line during the 94 production year. Anybody know what 95 model year Zs came with? |

My '90 might not be as clean as USA-ZR1's, but I've got them too...
![]() Wonder why GM stopped putting them on? I know what I'm going to do while I've got Girlfriend up on the jackstands... Time to clean and shine up the undercarriage!! TomC |

I'm pretty sure my '90 has those as well, though not in "shiny".
