Default SW Headers....just DO IT!!!

Well, the headers are on I all I can say it WOW! The sound is great & I notice an improved throttle response as well as what seems like an increase in power at the top of 1st,2nd & third gear.

If your on the fence about these, just buy em'. Even though I took it in the a s s from SW on price, I like the results and the fit & finish was excellent. This job is really not the big huge deal everyone makes it out to be. If youve done SBC headers on other cars, its basically the same, just a little more cramped. Just make sure you have the proper tools and some patience.

With Nicks write up on the PNWZR1 site & a few phone calls to Jeff for some pointers and parts, things went great. Thanks again Jeff!

I agree, I got some Watson Small Tubes from Demps and what a difference. Biggest bang for the buck I've seen. Went from a 12.95 @ 109 last year to a 12.53 @ 113 with a slipping clutch (fixed that), and this was with just the header install and Marc's chip retuned for the headers.

I’ll second that .. Best mod I have done so far, and I thought WTL5 sounded good before, I keep the back glass open with a hatch vent just so I can listen.
