Airbag life cycle>>>
I believe most manufacturers place a life cycle (duration) service limit on the airbags... what brings me to this is the fact the 90-95 ZRs are at 17+ to 13 years old and thus the airbags are the same age... are there replacement issues here??

Re: Airbag life cycle>>>
The initial life cycle on Airbags was 10yrs. It was then extended to 15yrs. It has again been extended but no claim to its exact life cycle. Ititialy they were concerned with the life cycle of the propellent charge to deploy the airbag. That is nolonger a concern. So we can sit back and no that our favorite pillow that rides merryly along with us will be there if we feel like a face plant. =D>

I guess if we are lucky we'll never have to find out, although thats a 3-5 pound weight savings if you take it out

Re: Airbag life cycle>>>
Well, I can tell you that the one in my '90 worked like a charm...
UNFORTUNATELY, I had to "test" it when I took out a f**king pole a week ago... But you guys already know that unfortunate tale.
