Even it if isn't really a shill bid, I don't think the bidder checked the records of the previous auction. There the last 3-way competition ended at ~$23K, after that it was just 2 bidders running it up. And the seller announced to everyone that the reserve was off at ~$30K. So even if the current bid is genuine and the guy wins at $50k, he's gonna be leaving a lot on the table...
