Default A/C Compressor replacement

We’re trying to change out the original compressor on my 91” with a new one. I got a 93” unit (new) from Rockauto. That’s set up for 134, But the old manifold that bolts to it will not seal because of a different O ring configuration.
Does anyone know where I can get a new manifold/ hose Assy. that will mate the 93’ compressor with my 91’?
Or some other solution?
TIA

Bob,

Do you have your '91 compressor still? I moved the '91 "manifold" to the newer 134 compressor without issue. Can you do this?

Sorry for the delay in responding.
We managed to mate the new compressor, a Delco unit from Jerry, and it’s installed.
But a new problem cropped up. After the new serpentine belt was installed and the engine fired up there was a mismatch between the compressor pulley and the belt location. Once you revved the motor, it engaged the compressor clutch, the rear edge of the belt started to rub on the pulley. It ate about 3/16” off the edge of the belt. Misalignment sure, but why? It’s a new Denso r134 compressor, in place of the old r12 unit, with a new clutch from Rockauto.
Anyone else have this problem?

Default A/C Compressor replacement

Bob,
It’s not uncommon for ZR-1, LT5 (VIN J)specific parts to be listed incorrectly as sharing fitment with base engines (VIN Y). What you have is a clutch for a base engine(VIN Y). They look the same but the offset is not right for the LT5.
The problem you have is not new & has been experienced many times before.

Yes, the alignment issue is in the hub of the clutch, not the compressor.
