As far as I'm aware 4.125" cylinder liners are only available from shops who also perform the necessary machine work on the block in order to fit them.

Phil,

As u said, and Pete or Al could provide more detail, but the closed deck block for the 427 is built by the company that also does the liners. Its not a kit u buy and put together yourself. Once the block is modified, then u can put the rest of the motor together. One of the reasons I suggested sending th motor here.
